3 days to go

I am having a band to sleeve revision Thursday. Soooo ready to be done with the arm/shoulder pain. Side pain not so bad since they removed all the fluid from band. But there is still pain. I have been brushing up on my info from the Kaiser Options classes. I read a post about abdominal binder helping with pain. I ordered one to see if that will help. Please say a prayer for me.

I too am having surgery Thursday! I'm not 100% sure what will happen Thursday and I think that is why I'm so anxious about this one! I am having my band removed and converting to RNY.  IF all looks ok he will do both surgeries at one time, however, he said a lot of the time when they remove the band the stomach isn't in the best shape and needs to have a "recovery" time of 3-6 months so then I'll go back in for the actual conversion then if that is the case!  Good luck to you!!
