Needing a revision and am exhausted!

I currently have the band. I have had pain for the last 3 months and have been going around in circles with my MTF just as long. I have Tricare Prime and would like to have the sleeve done. I am having to hunt down programs on my own because I do not want a bypass. I live in KS and there isn't a MTF anywhere near here that will do the sleeve. So far I have found Fort Hood (denied because of the distance) and MAMC. This whole process is exhausting (find a clinic that does it, then find one that's willing to do surgery).
