Dr. Elariny & Insurance question!!!

 I had RNY in 2005 and I have been considering getting a revision.  I have a consultation with Dr. Elariny scheduled to discuss a revision to a DS.  I wanted to know if anyone who had previously been a patient of Dr. Elariny could share their experience with me.  Also, I currently have Carefirst Blue Choice health insurance and I wanted to know if it would be better if I switched to the PPO plan since I heard that Dr. Elariny has opted to be out of network! Thanks in advance for any assistance that anyone can provide me with!!!

Please go ask this on the DS forum because from what I've read there are very few qualified surgeons to do this surgery. It is far more difficult than a virgin surgery.
