Lap band to ??? Need advice!
Before having surgery, I would recommend that you get a 2nd opinion with Dr. Keshishian at Central Valley Bariatrics. It will be a bit of a drive, but he is known as one of the best revision weight loss surgeons in the USA. If I lived in southern CA, I'd chose him as my MD.
Got a lap band in 2008. Tried hard, but didn't lose much weight & developed swallowing problems. Fought my insurance company for almost a year & finally had a band to DS revision on 5/11/12. Have now lost 125 pounds. Yay!
