Question about Cigna PPO approval?

Anyone approved on the first time for a revision from Realize band (2/11/10) to Sleeve?
I just recently had to change insurance from Anthem (denied 2x for revision) to Cigna PPO. I am also starting new with a different doctor than my original bariatric doctor because he is not in network. What are my chances???

I have just started the process to have a revision done with Cigna PPO also.  I had my band taken out in April 2011 and have since gain 50 lbs.  I was told by a doc that I could do a revision to the sleeve just over the holidays! I was so excited to have the possibility of some help again.  If you find out anything with the insurance company let me know please, thanks
