no more weight loss

 I am 3 months out and have lost 40 pounds it has been almost 3 weeks and haven't lost a pound. I had some problems and was admitted into the hospital 5 times after my surgery. I had a stricture twice from my stomach to my intestine. The last time the dr said he opened me to 181/2 and 20 is the largest he could go. Now I feel like my food just goes through me and I never feel full. Any one have anything like this happen? I don't know weither to start counting calories or what.
