Barium Study

So, went and had a barium study done today, I had nothing to eat since 9:30pm the night before (I am an RN and get home late!) anyway, on the way there I noticed I kept tasting last nights meal everytime I burped, once on the table the radiologist asked if I had eaten this morning. He said I had food in  my pouch.  What type of issues could be going on that there would still be food in my pouch 12 hours later! I read partial obstruction from marginal ulcer. No, I do not vomit. I feel fine other then gaining 85 lbs since surgery 10 yrs ago, new onset reflux this year, and the burping up of last nights meal in the mornings of last nights meal which is also new in the last few months.  Has anyone else had this hapen, and what did you do about it? We are looking to do a revision, but I am not sure yet if I have a  fistula (thats what we were lookking for)
