Appeal Hearing Next Wednesday

Well, it is finally rolling around. My secondary insurance appeal hearing is next Wednesday (the 16th) morning.
In addition, I have been doing some reading, and researching, and I *might* have a shot at having my union help me out with the primary insurance exclusion, due to "language" in my contract.
So, I am not leaving ANY stone unturned!!!!!
