appeal help

Has anybody had any luck with appeals through obesitylaw.com.  I wrote to the OAC for help and they suggested that I send a request to obesitylaw.com

yes many have Walter and Kelly are great.  If you have a WLS exclusion on your policy no one can help you, so keep that in mind, since you didn't post the reason you were denied.....good luck

I need the revision due to esophageal dilation from my realize band as well as frequent vomiting.  The reason that they are denying it is because of one surgery per lifetime..

if u dont mind me asking .....who is your ins. carrier.......i had aetna, and i need a revision, and they denied me even after i appealed twice, and yrs ago they were the ones who covered my lapband......now i have bcbs effective 11/1 i cannot wait to c what i can do about getting off the band wagon !!!!!!
