Insurance and Revision

HealthNet says i dont meet criteria for revision to bypass. I had the Fobi pouch done 4 years ago and no medical problems. I was looking into lap band over bypass procedure and after all my medical pre-ops were completed HealthNet says i dont meet the criteria! wtf??!? can anyone help me figure out what i need to do in this situation please?

Fobi did my surgery too. I have since revised to the duodenal switch.

I am currently 36 bmi. i have gained 60 pounds from my lowest point and my surgery was 4 years ago. the only medical issues i have now are sleep apnea and anemia. i don't have any complications from the actual procedure itself. i believe this is the problem i am having with HealthNet. I am trying to see how i can get around this. thanks! :)

If the profile pic is up to date, it doesn't look like you need a revision at all!

thanks but no that pic was taken before i even had surgery and photoshop can do miracles..lol
