Approval for bypass to band!

Just got my approval for (BOB) Bypass to band today!  So scheduled for 10/24.
Anyone out there that had this done.   .....how are you doing????

Well actually the put the band over your bypass so you will still have your bypass from the way I understand the surgery. There are a few folks on the band forum who have had this done so you might post over there too.

YEAH!  COngrats. I think we have chatted before. I am almost 4 mos post-op from my BOB and I LOVE MY BAND!  LOVE IT! 

I am down just about 40lbs.  It was a piece of cake surgery, you will be like yourself in no time.  Get ready to feel restriction again for the first time in ages and no appetite or hunger. Well, at least it is that way for me.  And, the bonus of malabsorption.

Thx Heather...glad to hear you are doing so well. I'm sure I will have alot of questions...nutritionist told me today I have to stop thinking like a bypass and think like a bander now.  Cant wait !!  I am ready!!
