can I get a woot woot?

I got a phone call today from my surgeon and I am approved for a revision!  YEAH!  I can't wait to get my crap band out!! 

 WTG I usually dont say this but woot woot!!!!

What insurance carrier do you have, and HOW did you get it approved?  I'm about to make arrangemnts to be self pay, but if there's some way to get a miracle, I'd like to know it!

I have Cigna insurance.  Originally they denied the surgery and requested more information.  My surgeon called the medical director and did a peer to peer and SOMEHOW he got them to approve it.  My surgery date is set for November 8th!  I truly don't know what he said, but it worked!!

WOOT WOOT!!!  I am excited for you!   I had the band for 7 years....caused me all kinds of hell, hiatal hernia, Barretts Esophagus, and pyloric disfuncation!    CONGRATULATIONS!

 Awesome!  I laughed when you called your band a crap band.  I feel pretty much the same way!
