Suggestions on RNY to DS revision in CT...which surgeon?

I am looking into having a revision from RNY to DS. I have not been able to locate a surgeon in Connecticut who does this type. Does anyone have suggestions?

Also anyone have Tricare Prime been approved for a revision? If so, what was required?

Vanessa, I am sorry you are needing a revision.  What happened with your RNY?  I used to see you all the time on the preggo forum.  I hope you are okay.

You should definately post on the DS forum as well.  My doc does RNY to DS revisions but in NYC.  I absolutely love him.

 As for my RNY I don't have much restriction but my surgeon did an endoscopy and nothing was stretched...now how could that be??? I am just the patient who has a black hole stomach, things just disappear and I'm hungry CONSTANTLY. There is not much lapse in time as for hunger even after I just ate I'm ready again 20 minutes. It is a constant battle because I am always trully feeling physical hunger. I found a Dr. in WA state at an Army base, I have applied today and hope to god I get approved. I am hoping the DS will prove to be better for me. Thank you for inquiring. Vanessa
