So Do I go to his partner for a 2nd opinion?

so Since the Dr. I chose said he won't do the revision surgery (he didn't even look at my records because they weren't faxed yet) and refered me to weight management for 6 months, do I go see his partner who is said to be a little more "flexible" or do I just do the 6 months of weight management? I am so confused.

Go to the partner, if you are sure of your decision. I too just switch to a partner of my original dr.  Different reason though.
