i got approved for my vsg revision

hey im new here.. Can everyone explain their experience with me from going to lap band to vsg???

Best decision I ever made was my band to sleeve revision. I never had food get stuck, or slimed. Never puked because food wouldn't go down. Lost weight very easily, maintained my loss for a year until pregnancy weight has creeped in a bit, labs remained stellar through my entire 2 years post-op, OH and I'm 20 weeks pregnant, thriving and so is the baby.

Come over to the VSG forum and many others will pipe in with their stories. Most of us band to vsg'ers hang out on the VSG board.

Congrats on your revision, I'm sure you'll be happy with it! Try the VSG forum too for more info. You already have lot of the practices down like eating style from your band days, so you should do just fine!

I am doing amazing!  I LOVE the sleeve.  I had tons of problems with my lapband.  Now with the sleeve I have RESTRICTION!  It's so great.  I am down 65 pounds at 5 and a half months out.  I couldn't be happier!
