Post of GAS!! and the horror of Vitamins

 I am 9 days out of revision from a 1988 stapling.  I am having such gas and pressure. I am constatly belching or air burping. I try drinking the warm water.

also am having so much trouble with the chewable Building block vitamins. they are so sweet I can't stand them

and please tell me how you take your potassium?

What did you revise to? RNY? DS? Sleeve? You'd have different after surgery protocols depending upon which it was.

For the gas, get some chewable Gas-x. It should help.

I ordered my chewable vitamins from Celebrate, and after the initial 3 month supply was done, I switched to regular vitamins. I get them in bulk at Costco.  I order my extra supplements from Vitalady.
