Is their a test you can take to determine your metabolism?

Is their a test that you can take to see how your metabolim is?  I have no idea if my body hangs onto every calorie or if I can lose weight easily.

I had my blood taken to check on my sluggish metabolism.  I take medication daily so that it can speed up my metabolism abit!!  Talk to your dr.  simple blood test.
