Question about revision terms

Hello all,
I've got a question and I know I can get the answer here. What is the most common way to phrase a revision from a band to a vertical sleeve gastrectomy? I am asking because we have added a page to our website and I want to make sure I'm using the correct terminology so folks can find our information.
