United States doctors (and Gagner 27K) are all above 25 thousand dollars.
If there are good doctors out of country that can handle this surgery I will go with them
You should wait to hear from Ungson..... And let me know too!!!! This is my plan "B", should my appeal get denied.
I have heard (a year ago, so his price may have went up a little) that Ungson is around $15,000.00 RNY to DS.... open surgery. And it is supposed to be all-inclusive
You say Gagner is $27,000.00? Can you explain this to me? Is his fee and hospital stay in the $27,000.00.????????
Who is the doc who trained Ungson??? I think the doc is from Spain... So, since my details are fuzzy, I will not guess, but I think that the doc who trained Ungson does the RNY to DS revisions & trained him.

After 4 months and an insurance APPROVAL we found a bariatric surgery exclusion on page 116 of my contract. Even though bcbs deemed med ness.
Diana is re submitting for a last ditch effort but the OH family all say "i am screwed". Can not usually fight a bariatric surgery exclusion.
We will see what happens. I am getting all my info together for revision with ungson. $16,000 vs $30,000 gives you pause, right???
