RNY revision to RNY

Hello Everyone...Been seriously thinking about a revision from RNY from 2005 to the DS, YET I cannot find a surgeon that will accept my insurance that is capable of such a revision sooooooooooooooooo I was wondering...Could I revise my RNY somehow to make the pouch smaller, just as it was in the beginning.....

I am starting my revision process as well.  I had RNY in 2004 and looking to revise to the DS.  Go to www.dsfacts.com and there is a listing of DS surgeons.  Since I live in NY the 2 closest surgeons for me will be Dr. Roslin (which I am planning to see) and Dr. Greenbaum (he's in NJ).

I am in the process with Dr.Keishian in California.He is one of the best for the RNY to DS revision.
I live in NYC and will be traveling to have this done.My insurance turned it down twice. I hear for self pay he charges $28,000.
