I'm looking for anyone that had a revision from Rny to Ds with Dr. Roslin.  I have a consult with him next week and would like to hear any feedback.

Thanks.

Have you posted this on the DS forum?  That is a much busier board.  I do know Randy (Chocolate) is looking into him as well.
She posted this on the 5th

I was not a RNY to DS but I know he does them, he is an excellent Dr, he is picky about his RNY to DS revisions, by all means get a consult with him, he will tell you if he will revise you.....good luck post when you have your consult.

Hi Patty -

I have surgery scheduled for June 7th with Dr Roslin.  I am a RNY to DS revision.

Like the previous poster said, he is very picky about this RNY to DS revisions.  Make sure you bring your previous pre-operative report with you.

Him and all his staff are very nice, and extremely helpful, but I can see he can be a stickler if need be.

Hi
Is Dr. Roslin doing the surgery in two parts. I was suppose to go with Dr. Inabnet in Mt. Sinai
but I dont like the idea of a two part surgery. I an going to Dr. K. in california.

Nope, he is doing it all at once.  I had originally went and saw another surgeon who would have done it in two parts, but instead he referred me to Dr Roslin because he thought getting it done all at once was a better idea.  I am glad he referred me.

HI
My insurance turned it down for a second time. I am now going for an EDG. By BMI is only 41, and to have the DS it has to be 51.
