Have you contacted his office directly?  This has been my "plan B" if my insurance denies me again.  So, essentailly, I am in the same boat as you.  You should honestly talk 'to the horses mouth'

Yup did that.  He actually has looked over all my med records already.  Luz is fantastic.  But I am still trying to evaluate my situation with BCBS NJ  I got in touch with obesitylaw.com and see what happens.
I am afraid to self pay and if I have complications they will not be covered by insurance.  So I am trying to dot all my I's and cross my T's  so to speak.

Maybe we'll be switch sisters!!!LOL!!!!

Hey Jamie, you still considering ungson for the revision.  Have u heard anything new about him?  So far he is the most reasonable if go self pay at this point.  Unless u know something i don't.

I think you are absolutely correct, Randy.   For going out of the Country, the most reasonable & experienced seems to be Ungson.

Keep me updated!!!!  As I said in an earlier reply to a post of yours.............. If my appeal fails this will more than likely be my plan "B".  So the more inforamtion that is told, the better, for alternatives.

If people like you & I do not put the information out there for people to see, they will never know.
I have been reading this board over 2 years, and alot of the people who were actively posting on this board have all but disappeared.  I see them post every now & then, but just not "as active" as they were 2 years back.

WE NEED THAT EXPERIENCE & INFO!!!!!!!!!!!!!
