Alcohol
When did you have surgery? The thing is, rapid weight loss is REALLY hard on your liver. So is alcohol, and so is being fat in the first place. (*grin*) How fast are you losing right now? Two or more pounds per week, on average? If so, then drinking is really something you need to avoid.
Yu really should ask YOUR surgeon what he recommends, but---one your weight loss slows down or you reach goal, THEN you can start trying the occassional drink. But remember that alcohol is nothing but empty calories---one shot of any liquor has about 70 calories, and NO nutrients. Not to mention that most mixers are very high in sugar.
