If you can get to Costco they have the best protein shakes.  Premier, High Protein 30g!  I showed this to my nut and she said it has the good protein in it.  A case of 18 is $24 and comes in vanilla and chocolate.  Chocolate is better and they are really good, better tasting that Atkins.
Good luck on Monday....hurray!!!!

The program I am on recommended Bariatric Advantage.

Bariactric Advantage Meal Replacement

I did not care for how frowthy the smoothie's came out of the blender, so I now make the following using a shaker cup:

2 scoops BA protein powder
1 cup 1% milk
1 carnation instant breakfast

net's about 50 grams of protein. I bought the non-flavored version.

Hope this helps.
