Best revision questions to ask surgeon.
I had RNYn 2003 lost 100 lbs..and now after lots of injury and pain and hip replacement have gained back 50 lbs..I am going to see my surgeon tomorrow about revision..was wondering what you think I should ask and what concerns I should have..I know I have to get this weight off it is killing me slowly..I am getting better physically as far as treadmill..15 min..a day..if i dont go out and exhaust myself otherways..my knees are killing me..and my hip is not healing as fast as it should..I can only blame this on weight gain..so please tell me the questions you have asked your surgeon before revision..and do you think revision will work..thank you and God Bless.

Have you put any thought into what you want to revise to? Have you looked on the lightweights board? (I am thinking your BMI is under 40?) My one question for your surgeon would be, what types of revisions do you do?
