Help Insurance Denial..DS not a covered revision

Has anyone ever won an appeal when insurance said revision is covered just not the DS? I had the ERNY two years ago and that was a total waste!!! I want to revise to the DS not another RNY revision. Any help would be appreciated!!! Thanks

Try contacting Diana Cox---she's helped lots and lots of folks with insurance appeals, especially for the DS.
