sleeve to ds??? anyone??

i had the sleeve done in 2006, lost about 75 lbs then came the medical problems! 2 knee surgeries, then an appendectomy. in between all this i lost my mom, dad, and step dad! not  a lot of exercise and a lot of emotional eating and i am almost back to where i started!! i feel like a big fat failure!! now i am wondering if i should have the second part  of the ds. not sure if it would be called a revision or not. but would i lose like i did before in the beginning or would it take longer due to being so far between.  has anyone had this done? any and all replys welcome! thanks!!! sue
