I am using Dr Felix Speigel he has an office in Port Neches to do pre-op visits and stuff like that but to do any test and things to that sort u have to see him in Houston. He is in Port Neches every other Monday. I really like him. I have heard some good things and some bad things about him. He has really pushed for my approval. His office personel lack in Houston but, i hope once i have my surgery i will only have to deal with the Port Neches personel.
