So I just called UHC to see how everyhting as going...
IVE BEEN APPROVED FOR REVISION SURGERY!!!!!
They have the service dates from Feb11th-12th....
Im soooo happy..Im crying over here!!!! I get to get back on track with my tool...and this time be more successful!!!!!

Great News.....So happy for you, I was just told the last pof my information was faxed to my insurance company this morning so say a prayer that i get my revision approval....Good Luck!

Talked to my insurance company today and they recieved the additional information they was asking for and it is being processed. So say a prayer i get my approval next week....Thanks and God Bless
