How likely is approval with BCBS TRS Activecare 2 for revision?

I had RNY January, 2008 with no complications.  I went from 251 to 190 and I am now at 230 despite a regular, rigorous exercise routine and eating healthy, small portions.  I had a consultation with Dr John Alexander last week and have had an EGD done on 12/29/10 but I'm concerned about getting approval with BCBS TRS Activecare 2.  Curious to know if anyone else has had any luck with approval.  If so, 1- how long did it take to get approval?  2- how much was your total cost?  3-what kind of revision did you have done and are you pleased with your decision/results?
