RNY to DS!!
What would you like to know?
There's a bunch of people who have had it done. I started at 328, settled after many years at 221, had a DS revision last year due to a complication with my RNY, and I'm down to 163. I'm 45, and the revision combined with my age nets a slower rate of loss, but it's been great.
Do you have a medical reason for revision? Did you stop losing even though you're continuing to diet/exercise? Will your insurance cover a revision?
There aren't many doctors who can do a full RNY to DS revision, so check out DSfacts.com for articles on revision surgery.

I'm curious if you've stopped losing weight? If so when did you stop? Were you compliant with postop diet and exercise? Is your pouch or stoma stretched? Are you having any type of complications? I ask all of this because this is things that are looked at before you're able to get a revision. When I first had rny no matter what I did I stopped losing after 6 months. My surgeon followed me and what I was doing and was willing to do revision in 18 months. Hope this helps.
