home from hospital
Hi everyone~
I got home yesterday from the band to RNY revision. I am so bloated and feel like I've eaten turkey dinner...but doing ok. I am not in specific pain, just gassy bloated discomfort. I am trying to eat as I was advanced to stage 3, but can barely get in a few small bites of protein yogart and tea.
How long does the bloating last?
I am thankful for many things, but so glad this is over. Looking forward to the bloating going and the losing to begin!

Question? Stages of eating? What are stage one and two on your program?
My program (rny and rny revisions), has clear liquids, going home on full liquids x 3 weeks, then puree's x3 weeks, then soft solids x3 weeks, then on to gradually full foods.
