Revision with Dr. Rabkin

Would love to hear from anyone who's had a revision fr lap band to DS with Dr. Rabkin;   how did it go?  laproscopically?  self pay?  how much?  insurance covered?  how?  How long recovery?  how long did you have to stay in California?  (I live in chicago)  where did you stay?  has it been successful?  good follow up care?  good bedside manner?  did you have someone go with you?

Any information at all will help me make my decision.

I know you are a band to DS revision, but you may want to post to the DS board.  I am too a revision and sometimes it is difficult to decide where do I post.  I know there are patients that have had revisions by Dr Rabkin and I am sure they would respond if you posted on the DS board.....
