Recovery from band to sleeve revision

I was wondering for those who have had band to sleeve revision, how long was your recovery time, when did you return to work and could you have gone to work sooner?

 
I had a band to sleeve revision but i am not sure i am typical.  I was very ill when i had my revision due to band problems.  It was two weeks.  Honestly, the worst part was the port removal.  After that,piece of cake!

I can't say I honestly felt great until about 6 months post op but I had lots of issues including malnutrition.  But the actual surgical recovery.. about 2 weeks.

my recovery time was pretty much the same with the band.    i dont work, so i can't help you there.   but i was out shopping 4 days after surgery....

i would think you would be able to go back to work after a week - depending on what kind of work you do.
