Help, I'm having my revision tomorrow and I'm sooooo hungry. Why do we have to fast if we have to take that magesium citrate. My family is here with me and their eating steak. LOL this liquid diet is sooooo hard today

They also don't want you vomiting on the operating table. I was so busy the day before surgery that I didn't have time to think about what my family was eating, so I suggest you keep yourself busy and keep you eye on the prize. Congrats on your revision!

Girl believe me I feel your PAIN. Today is just my 5th day of the Optifast diet. Yesterday my husband fried chicken wings and the smell remained in the house all evening. I wanted to hit him! Hang in there your time is almost up, I still have to go until next Thursday!!!!!!
