Really Need Some Advice

Monique, I just checked with "Health Grades" -- a site where surgeons and facilities are graded based on national standards.  Dr. Eslami is NOT a "health grades" doctor.  Below is taken from their web pages at http://www.healthgrades.com/directory_search/physician/profi les/dr-md-reports/Dr-Afshin-Eslami-MD-CFBF1137/awards-and-re cognitions.  Good luck to you.

Thanks for the info. I think I'm just going to have to go through the appeal process again and will have to use this info as the reasons that I'm appealing. Thanks again.
