Midwest Surgeons for Revision?

Does anyone know of a good surgeon in the Midwest area (KY, TN, IN, IL) that does revisions from proximal to the distal RNY? I had surgery 4 years ago and it was supposed to have been a distal and I even asked my surgeon about it and he said that he did the distal but I found out that he did the proximal.   Thank you, Cherri

I know that the doctor through Mercy Hospitals fairfield Ohio does and accepts medicaid and medicare as well as most insurences . I would go to him except he can not revise to DS which is what I need from RnY to DS. Good luck.
