It's been 9 days since my revision, almost 20 pounds lighter. Wow! I can't begin to tell you how good I feel!
 Thanks!

Hey Paul!  Congratulations! What type of revision did you have?  How much weight do you have to lose?

Good luck to you! Get in as much cardio as you can right now and then work in some weights....my friend did P90X and has lost 137lbs....he looks great and it only took the 90 days on the program to get great arms and a huge chest......just hang in there...you will do great!

Congrats, it's such a relief to be going down the scale instead of up.

Hey paul,

i just had my gastric bypass revision, just the pouch, did you have your roux limb moved.  I actually had a hernia fixed and I'm still full of the gas they blow you up with, on top of the fact that the scale hasn't moved!

Kinda frustrated, but it's only been a week!
