how long did it take to hear from insurance

I am waiting on insurance verification/pre authorization from Blue Cross Blue Shields of NC

I hate the waiting.  I am hoping to have band out and gastric bypass or band. Have had heartburn, pain around the band, little weight loss and a low heart rate.
