Please help me. I need names and contact information of dr's who preform revisions.

 My mother had gastric bypass done 5 years ago at the weight of 300 pounds. As of today in the hospital, she is 94 pounds. I am asking everyone who uses this site that if they know any doctors who preform revisions, can you please send me their contact information? This is an urgent matter. She has been having trouble eating and keeping things down the past few years and now it has gone to far. We live in Chicago so if anyone had a dr who preformed these in the midwest that would be great but i intend to contact every doctor who has performs these surgeries. I know Dr. Champion in Atlanta does revisions. I talked to one of his patients and she was very pleased.
