mini gastric bypass to DS?

I want to give advice to my brother. He had the mini gastric bypass and has no complaints except that after losing 140 pounds over two years, he stopped and gained 30 back so far. He had a huge 8 or 9 foot bypass and he is thinking about going in to bypass another 8 feet. I am very worried in that I know this is not a healthy WLS in the long run. He pays out of pocket for this surgery. I just onder if this revision is even possible.

I would think so, but Dr. Rabkin is your best place to get advice---he's a wonderful surgeon, as I'm sure you know. (*grin*)
