Morning Everyone TGIF and it is going to be a HOT one outside here in the Lone Star State !!!!
Today I am SO grateful for.......
NO pain from my hernia surgery monday night !!! WOO HOO for that,
My life and my health,
Family and Friends,
My Faith and answered prayers.....not sure what my life would be like without these two,
Obesity Help....this is the best website and has some of the most amazing people on the message boards here,
Support groups....they keep me on track with my eating and give us such valuable information on our journeys,
Upcoming Obesity Help Conference in Houston, Tx. in Nov. can't wait for that !!! WOO HOO
