How much B12 does your doctor give in your shot and how often do you get a shot?

I do my own shots. The amount my doctor prescribed is 1 ML intramuscullary every two weeks.

I give them to myself - 1 ml subcutaneously via insulin needle, 3 times per week in the stomach.

And I take 10,000 mcg daily sublingual
