nausea everytime i eat

i am 4 wks out tomorrow, and everytime i eat something i get nauseated and feel lousy. my surg. told me to incorporate a little bit of carbs into my diet and to start cottage cheese today. and even when i ate that it me sick to my tummy. i goes down fine but it seems like when i gets to the bottom of the stomach and ready to go into the intestines it starts to make me queezy and gives me pain through  that area. my dr doesnt seem to think its a very big deal. and my 6 wk app isnt until july 26th.

What kind of revision did you have, how much and how often are you eating.  How much are you drinking in a day?

Could it have too much fat content?  Or maybe lactose intolerance>  not sure about that,  but alot of rny are...

Make sure you are getting in enough fluids between meals.  Measure things and eat slow,,, I know you probably are doing this stuff, but thought maybe it might help,  YOu are still so early out, take it slow,  what you can;t tolerate today, maybe fine in a week or so,  It is alot of trial and error!
