anyone able to have band to rny or vsg at same time

is there anyone in canada that was able to get the band out and do rny or vsg all in the same operation i know in the states they do but not sure if a doc will in canada  as very hard to get the time of work and hard to pay the bills is there anyway of doing the 2 at the same time
if someone has in canada let me know where you went and who your doc was thanks robin
