Diet history needed with Aetna revesion?

Hello!

I am new to these boards but I had RNY in 2003 and have gained almost all my weight back. :( I have aetna and would like to have a revision done asap, does anyone know if the 6 month diet history under Dr's care is req for a revision?

I have Aetna and am waiting to be approved for Revision and they did not require it any longer, you just have to go to a Nutritionist once............................but check your type of Aetna, they might vary.

I have Aetna as well...  it depends on your plan..  I could do either a 6 month program or do 3 classes, one a month...  I did the three classes...  Now I am waiting to hear back from them..

Dr Mo's office just called and moved my appt back 1 day, now 7/8 -  I have my upper GI scheduled for 7/2
