?? on requirements most people face for revision approval

None at all - my RNY has cured my reflux and it's been wonderful!

My insurance is BC/BS Anthem and my revision was scheduled to be done last week. I had RNY in 2002 and have hiatel hernia, bile reflux and extremely stretched anastomosis allowing everything I eat and drink to dump into small intestines immediatley.All of these are mechanical failures and the day before surgery I was denied. One reason I have to prove I was compliant physically and nutritionally  with original RNY and second reason is because I had Rose procedure in Oct 09 and they consider that a bariatric surgery.I'm waiting on appeal now.
