This will be my 3rd weight loss surgery of my life.

In the 1980's I had my stomach stapled. I lost 150 lbs in 10 months. I gained it all back plus some. I had a VSG with Dr. Pompa in December of 2008. Read my blog for the entire story.

My revision is with Dr. Aceves on Monday.

I'm so excited! I'm hoping three's a charm because this will be my last WLS.

Sending you positive thoughts and prayers. I had my third revision May 13th 2010, but it was an emergent procedure!

Revision on 06/14/10

We have the same surgery date 6/14/10. This will be my second wls, I had RNY in 2004 with Dr. Bessler and lost 147lbs. Within the last 2 years i have gained 45 pounds so now Im having band over bypass. Good Luck and lets keep in touch.

Hope all went well, keep us posted. Considering revisional surgery myself. Had my RNY in July of 2005. Still reserching, been having a few problem, now they think it's a Candy Cane Roux Limb. Best of luck...
