How do you know if a surgeon does revisions?

I see lots of surgeons who list all the various surgeries they perform and I always see revisions at the end of the list.

Then I hear people say that "so and so" doesnt do revisions or "so and so" is the revision guru.

Other than seeing revisions in the list, how do you know??

I called my insurance co first, asked if they covered revisions. Then I asked who they had listed in network.
