Help i have fever and too much pain after band removal

I have had band removed 2 days ago but since yesterday i have fever and alot of pain.Pain is understandable bcs its a major surgery, but i didn't get fever temperature when i had it placed.

I dont know my eyes and urin is yellow , the doctor said that i just had a little bit scar tissue and everything was normal.Now the problem is she got it out cheap around 4 k but she doesnt pick up her phone i dnt have any support from her.
What should i do guys i m in fever and really sore.
I did not have revision to any other surgery as my bmi is 26.5 for now.

Two words, Emergency Room.  You may have an infection that needs to be taken care of.

ER! I too had an infection of the port after surgery.  Don't let it wait you might end up septic.

Went to ER the MD said it looks like cold ache not infection sent me home and said drink a lot of fluids

go to the ER!
